Dr. John Patience is professor emeritus of animal science at Iowa State University. With a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University, his career spans over four decades in swine nutrition. Dr. Patience has held significant roles, including President and CEO of Prairie Swine Centre and head nutritionist in the feed industry. His research focuses on dietary energy, ingredient evaluation, and dietary fiber's impact on swine health. Currently, he consults nationally and internationally on nutrition and research management.
