With over two decades of expertise, Dr. Palmer specializes in bovine reproduction, contributing significantly to both the academic and practical aspects of the field. Holding a DVM from the University of Prince Edward Island and an MVetSc from the University of Saskatchewan, he has been instrumental in teaching theriogenology, leading palpation and obstetric labs, and providing clinical service in large animal care.
