As the Director of Environmental Services at New Fashion Pork, Jay Moore brings extensive expertise in environmental health to the forefront of swine industry sustainability. His academic journey includes a Master's and Bachelor's in Environmental Health Science from the University of Oklahoma and East Central University. Moore, who previously managed Environmental Resources at Seaboard Farms, is dedicated to innovating and implementing sustainable practices in the swine industry, ensuring a balance between agriculture and ecological stewardship.
