Dr. Andrew Muhammad is a Professor and Blasingame Chair of Excellence in Agricultural Policy at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture. With a Ph.D. in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida, his expertise lies in international trade, trade policy, and global food demand. Previously, he served at the USDA’s Economic Research Service, advising policymakers on trade issues.
