Meet the guest: 

Meet Dr. Charles Starkey, a renowned animal nutritionist. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at the North American Renderers Association. Dr. Starkey holds BS and MS degrees in Agriculture from Arkansas State University and a Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition from Kansas State University. Beyond his educational pursuits, Dr. Starkey has made significant contributions as an Assistant Professor at Auburn University, where he taught courses in animal feed manufacturing and poultry production. He also led research initiatives on pet food, feed manufacturing, nutrition, and gastrointestinal physiology.
