Meet the guest:

Dr. Erin Cortus is an Associate Professor and Extension Engineer in the Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering at the University of Minnesota. With a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and over eight years of experience at South Dakota State University, Dr. Cortus specializes in sustainable animal agriculture systems. Her work includes evaluating manure management practices and improving livestock environments for swine, poultry, dairy, and beef systems.
