Dr. Jayakrishnan Nair, originally from India, earned his master’s and Ph.D. in Beef Cattle Nutrition from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. After completing his postdoctoral research at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, he joined Southern Illinois University as a faculty member specializing in beef production.
