Kara Spinar received her bachelor's degree in agricultural business with an emphasis on animal science from the University of Central Missouri in 2015. Starting her career at Cargill, she gained extensive experience in commercial pig production. Currently a multiplication farm manager with JBS, Kara focuses on effective farm management and employee development.
