Dr. Bill Weiss is a professor emeritus of dairy cattle nutrition at Ohio State University with over 35 years of research in cow health, feed evaluation, and ration formulation. He has published over 150 journal articles and was a co-chair of the 2021 NRC Dairy Committee. Dr. Weiss earned his B.S. and M.S. at Purdue University and his Ph.D. at The Ohio State University.
