Dr. Teresa Morishita holds a DVM, MPVM, MS, and PhD from UC-Davis, with extensive experience in comparative pathology and poultry medicine. As a professor at the Western University of Health Sciences, she has devoted her career to improving avian health and food safety, as well as mentoring future poultry professionals. Dr. Morishita also co-founded the Poultry Health Management School, a program offering hands-on education for industry leaders.
