Hector Pacheco is the Feed Mill Manager at Mountaire Farms, overseeing one of the largest feed mills in North Carolina. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras, Hector transitioned from the automotive industry to feed milling, where he has excelled for over 13 years. His leadership has driven his facility to win consecutive Feed Mill of the Year awards.
