Dr. Kwangwook Kim is an Assistant Professor at Michigan State University, specializing in animal nutrition and intestinal health in pigs. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Animal Sciences from the University of California, Davis, where he also served as a Postdoctoral Scholar and Graduate Student Researcher. Dr. Kim's research focuses on nutritional interventions to enhance swine gut health and immune responses. His work significantly contributes to understanding the effects of probiotics, β-glucans, and other feed additives on swine health.
