Dr. José Eduardo P. Santos, Professor in the Department of Animal Sciences at the University of Florida, specializes in dairy cattle nutrition and reproduction. He earned his DVM from São Paulo State University in Brazil, completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. at the University of Arizona, and pursued a clinical residency in Dairy Production Medicine at UC Davis. Dr. Santos has dedicated his career to improving dairy production efficiency through innovative research.
