Dr. Lautaro Cangiano holds a Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from the University of Guelph and an M.S. in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida. Now an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his research focuses on the immune and metabolic responses of dairy cattle during the transition period. Through his work, he aims to develop strategies that improve long-term health outcomes in dairy cows.
