Jesse Fulton is the Associate Extension Educator and Director of Nebraska Beef Quality Assurance at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. With a strong background in beef production and education, he previously served as Director of Producer Education for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, where he led key industry programs. Jesse holds a Master's in Animal Sciences and is dedicated to enhancing beef quality standards.
