Dr. Deana Jones earned her Ph.D. in Poultry Science, Food Science, and Physiology from North Carolina State University. With over 23 years as a Research Food Technologist, she is now Center Director at the U.S. National Poultry Research Center. Dr. Jones focuses on food and feed safety, emerging poultry diseases, and collaborative research.
